Nady is a founding partrner of the firm. He is the legal counsel for the Electricity Power Authority in Lebanon since thirty years. He practiced in Paris for more than twenty years. He is a Legal Advisor to the World Bank on issues related to investments in Lebanon, as well as to major foreign companies in Investment matters.

Nady is an ICC Arbitrator and a former Professor at the Lebanese University, School of Law (Phd Degree). He also acted as a Member of the Committee of Revision of Lebanese laws, which is linked to the Lebanese Ministry of Justice and a former President of the Association Libanaise des Sciences Politiques.
