  • Mireille has developed over the past years substantive experience in corporate and commercial matters. Her practice also covers banking and air transport law. She has handled diverse litigation matters for domestic and foreign clients. In addition, she has provided consultations to multinational companies and prepared the legal grounds for their establishement in Lebanon. Moreover, she has advised several private corporations on a broad range of transactions, regulation and structural issues.
